In a crowded category of vodkas made from poor quality ingredients (e.g. corn, grain, potatoes), and for our customers looking for a vodka with a unique flavor profile that is complimented by our handcrafted vodka from 100% apples, we are excited to unveil our latest creation: Rocket Vodka ‘Sardynka’ – a sardine-infused vodka!

Unlike Rocket Vodka Classic, which has a hint of fruit on the nose and a subtle sweetness on the palate, Rocket Vodka ‘Sardynka’ offers a savory profile. It’s inspired by the flavors of Poland and the nostalgic moments spent picking apples in the orchard, combined with a sardine lunch. We set out to replicate this experience in a unique and distinct premium vodka.

Embracing our Polish Heritage

Poland is a country with rich tradition, history and cuisine. From pierogies, stew to strong fish lunches – we set out to replicate this cuisine in a Vodka. Rocket Vodka ‘Sardynka’ pays homage to our roots by infusing our Rocket Vodka Classic with the bold flavors of sardines from the Baltic Sea! This not only celebrates our cuisine, but also embraces our culinary heritage and traditional vodka food pairings.

Childhood Memories

‘I have childhood memories picking apples with my parents for their apple-based spirit – and then having a family lunch in the orchard from sardines my Dad caught in the Baltic Sea the day before. Then it struck me! Why not combine these flavors?!’ said Dariusz Paczuski – Founder of Rocket Vodka. So we spent months refining and combining our handcrafted vodka from 100% apples, with the right blend of Polish sardines. Until we finally arrived at the right recipe! Uniquely sip-able with just a hint of fruit on the nose combined with the bold and savory notes of sardines!

Crafting Rocket Vodka ‘Sardynka’ was a passion project, and labor of love, rooted in our heritage for quality and authenticity. We carefully selected the finest sardines we could find – and paired them with our unique Rocket Vodka made from 100% apples for a harmonious blend of flavors. Each batch is meticulously crafted and distilled to perfection, focused on quality ingredients, resulting in a smooth, unique and distinct bold sardine-enhanced vodka unlike any other vodka out there.
